Program Overview
This unique program invites you to embark on a journey of collective self-expression. In a group of 12 participants, you will confront your insecurities and limiting beliefs, transforming them into empowering symbols through color and shape. These elements will inspire a custom 9" x 12" mixed media abstract art piece that can also be put on a garment or accessory in my store. You can purchase the artwork that symbolizes your personal journey and transformation, serving as a constant reminder of your growth.

How It Works

• Reflect and Release:
  Complete a short form to reflect on a limiting belief or emotion you wish to release. Your answers will be kept completely anonymous, ensuring your privacy and allowing you to express yourself freely.

• Empower with Visualization:
  Replace the old thought or emotion with a new, empowering one. Choose one color from a color wheel and one of six shapes that resonate with your new, positive mindset.

• Review and Choose:
  You will receive an email notification once your unique art piece is ready. You can purchase a print for $25 if you like it. For a limited time, artwork will also be available as wearables. Regardless of your choice, you'll receive a complimentary document showcasing the group's input, revealing where each participant is from and their unique transformations.

• Join a Community of Healing:
  Each cycle includes 12 participants, contributing to a collective 9"x12" abstract painting. Your chosen color and shape will blend with those of 11 others, creating a powerful tapestry of transformation and empowerment.
